The housing also has part number mot-59 on it. It is in good condition, but even though new there are a few small scratches. And the wiring has part number comf a on it. It also comes with the lens which has part number mot-59 on and left hand right stamped in.

According to the part number on box, comp b, this is a new old stock left side parking light housing for 1960 Mercury. I only know that it will fit the driver side of a 1960 Mercury.

So this may be correct for '59 and '60 Mercury's it fit the left or right side.
