This one was very carefully opened and all the mounting tabs are intact so it will snap together properly. The Fomoco part number molded on box is D1WB-13335. The PC board that this box encased was not functional so I removed it from.
The box clips together at six mounting points and can easily be broken when attempting to open them improperly.
