This was a 1 year only part for vw in 1966. This unit was pulled from a working car and shows some slight scuff marks due mostly to surrounding wires. Those familiar with early vows will immediately recognize this very rare part.

The unit has been inspected and all of internal contacts coils are in nice shiny condition, no burnt contact or wires, storage since 1991 in a clean dry environment. This is a great part for an original 6 volt restoration.
