It means they were never installed on a vehicle. They appear to be in very good unused condition for age. The grille extension has some minor factory imperfections and light scratches from years of storage.

The parking lamp rim or door is very nice with some old masking tape residue on one side that will need to be removed. Everything included is shown in the photo.

I will combine shipping on multiple orders to save you money. It still retains the old Lincoln Mercury inventory tag with part printed on.
